Robert Stevens, BA, ND, NTS
Director of NMSNT and Instructor: Polarity Therapy,
Reflexology, Philosophy of Natural Therapeutics, Steven’s Flower
Remedies and Essential Oils, Colon Therapy, and Introductions to Radionics
and Core Synchronism.
Before graduating from NMSNT in 1976, Robert
had already trained in Hatha Yoga, Foot Reflexology, and western herbalism.
After graduation he continued his studies in Natural Therapeutics by training
in Polarity Therapy, Cranial-Sacral Therapy, Colon therapy, and nutrition.
In 1981 he completed his Doctor of Naturopathy degree. Robert has given
seminars and workshops on Cranial-Sacral and Polarity Therapy throughout
the country and around the world. Since 1977 he has maintained a private
practice in Albuquerque and has been an instructor and the director of our
school. His work with clients has been a valuable continuing education tool,
allowing him to develop a new modality, Core Synchronism, which combines
elements of Polarity Therapy and cranial osteopathy.
Don Cornwell, Ph.D, DOM, NTS
Director of Education and Instructor: Polarity
Therapy, Body-Mind Counseling Skills, Introduction to Traditional Chinese
Medicine and Cranial-Sacral Therapy.
Don graduated from NMSNT in 1979. His teaching
and private practice demonstrate an integration of numerous energy therapies.
He believes in having many skills with which to approach the needs of clients,
and in combining those techniques in individual ways according to the clients'
responses. Don's training reflects this diversified approach to therapy.
He has a Ph.D. in clinical psychology and a Doctorate in Oriental medicine.
He is a registered Registered Polarity Practitioner and studied with Pierre Pannetier,
the successor to Randolph Stone (the developer of Polarity Therapy). Don
also received his certification as a medical Qi Gong instructor in 1998.
In addition to his teaching and administrative tasks, Don maintains a private
practice and teaches continuing education seminars at NMSNT and throughout
the country.
